Refund Policy

1) Subscription billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance according to your selected plan cycle. You may cancel future renewals at any time from your billing portal.

2) Refund eligibility

If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact support within 14 days of charge. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by the payment processor.

3) Non-refundable cases

Fees may be non-refundable for abuse, policy violations, or where prohibited by local law and processor rules. Taxes and processor fees may be treated separately.

4) Processing time

Refund processing time depends on your payment provider and bank. Most refunds appear within 5-10 business days after approval.
